2. How can I make a purchase?

You can shop all products directly on our website: https://bmbmzgbm.com. We currently ship only within the continental United States.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only. You can pay using a PayPal account or via PayPal guest checkout with a credit or debit card.

All payments are securely processed through PayPal’s system, and we do not store full credit card information.


4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.


5. What is your shipping policy?

  • Shipping area: Continental United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, minor islands, and U.S. military bases).

  • Delivery time: Estimated 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders over $69.99; $7.98 for orders $0.01–$69.99.

  • Customs & taxes: Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Can I return or exchange products?

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is covered by us; for personal preference returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Do not send returns to the original shipping address; the correct return address will be provided after approval.


7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal).


8. How do I know the correct size for a product?

Each product page includes detailed sizing charts and measurements. We recommend checking the measurements before placing an order. For children’s clothing, please consider age ranges and specific garment measurements provided.


9. Are your products safe and eco-friendly?

Yes! Many of our fabrics are certified organic cotton, linen, and poplin, ensuring soft, breathable, and safe materials for women and children. Our products are designed to be durable, easy to care for, and environmentally conscious.

  • Cool iron on reverse side using a protective cloth

  • Dry cleaning is optional where indicated
